Kongsberg Automotive’s range of clutch actuation systems includes traditional servos and master cylinders, in addition to an integrated solution that combines servo and master into a single unit: the servo master. The servo master reduced installation costs and saves space. Mounted inside the cab, it benefits from being in a safe environment in terms of temperature and vibration levels.
Their systems are available in a wide range of hydraulic diameters.
The clutch servo is available from 70 to 125 mm, and the master cylinders from 20 to 28 mm. They provide their systems based on both brake fluid and synthetic oils.
The clutch actuating systems are modular based and easily customized for installation in a wide range of transmissions. Their systems provide with a smooth clutch operation, precise position control and improved clutch wear.

DESCRIPTION
Hydraulic gearshift system (HGS) is a manual system which operates by hydraulic fluid instead of conventional mechanical linkages. Flexible routing of the hydraulic lines between the gear lever actuator mounted in the cab,
and the gearbox actuators allows faster assembly and reduces the need for model variants. The hydraulic gear lever actuator is self-adjusting, which eliminates the time needed for adjusting
the position of conventional gearshift linkages. HGS provides comfortable and precise shifting, eliminates transmission noise, vibration and occupies limited engine space.
